This notice covers imagineai.com.au, the website of Imagine AI Software. Imagine AI Software is a brand of Digital Growth Factory Pty Ltd (ABN 24 606 756 763), 3/292 Flinders Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, which is responsible for the information collected here. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Only what you type into a contact form: your name, email address, your message, and a phone number and business name if you choose to give them. We also record the time the form was sent, the page it was sent from and the internet address it came from, which we keep to stop abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to scope work for you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing email.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is stored on our web server, which is currently hosted in the United States, and emailed to our team mailboxes, which include our Google Workspace email. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else. Nothing you send through a contact form is processed by an AI service.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising scripts. Images are delivered from our media storage on Cloudflare.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted within 12 months unless you become a client, in which case they form part of your client record.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use our contact form or call 1300 014 769, and we will act on it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
